Thoughtful ideas. Meaningful experiences.
Preparing the experienceA freelancer CRM experience for presenting client, lead, project, and invoice workflows in one product.

LancerFlow is the public-facing experience for a freelancer CRM project. Its source repository is private, so this case study intentionally includes the public website and screenshots without exposing a repository link.
The product concept connects the business side of freelance work: client relationships, project organization, and billing-related workflows.
Freelancers often switch between separate tools for clients, project progress, and invoices. A connected product needs to explain these workflows while keeping its entry experience simple.
Present the CRM as one coherent freelance workspace and use the public product interface to connect the key business-management areas.
The public website is available. Private CRM records, invoicing, and authenticated workflows were not exercised; no private repository link is published.
