Thoughtful ideas. Meaningful experiences.
Preparing the experienceA project and productivity workspace presented through a focused, calm product experience.

WorkPilot brings projects, people, tasks, and calendars into a single product story. The public website uses a workspace preview and short feature narratives to communicate how an organized team can plan its work.
A restrained visual hierarchy keeps the primary call to action visible while the page explains planning, focus, shared ownership, and AI-assisted work.
Team tools often fragment tasks, deadlines, and ownership across separate screens. The public experience needs to explain a connected workflow quickly and without overwhelming first-time visitors.
Introduce the workspace with a clear product promise, support it with an interface preview, and group features by planning, focus, and execution rather than a long technical checklist.
This case study documents the public interface. Team collaboration, AI responses, and authenticated persistence were not end-to-end tested.
