Hi My Name is Mahesh.

Preparing the experienceAn agency operations workspace connecting client relationships, project delivery, time tracking, and operational finance.

AgencyOS brings the commercial and delivery sides of an agency into a tenant-aware workspace. Its documented core connects leads and clients to opportunities, proposals, contracts, projects, approved time, invoices, and payment allocations. The interface presents this as one connected agency workflow rather than separate administrative tools.
Agency work crosses sales, delivery, and finance. Keeping client context, project progress, and billing in separate tools makes those handoffs difficult to follow.
Organize the workspace around the agency and its members, with linked client, project, and finance records. The implementation documentation describes server-side membership checks and role-aware access for owners, employees, and clients.
The public Vercel URL opens the AgencyOS sign-in page; an invited account is required for workspace access. These screenshots show the public entry experience. Feature descriptions are based on the local implementation documentation; protected workflows were not exercised during this portfolio update. The documented working core is not completion of the full agency ERP roadmap. AI, subscription collection, statutory accounting, and several production launch gates remain outside the demonstrated scope.
The local implementation uses an npm workspace monorepo: a Next.js frontend, a modular NestJS API, shared TypeScript and Zod contracts, Better Auth, and Prisma with PostgreSQL. Domain modules separate sales, project operations, finance, reporting, and private files.
